Daniel Green | Director
Daniel is a former quantity surveyor and spent 5 years working for Galliford Try, before working some other PLC construction companies. During his time as quantity surveyor Daniel specialised in large multi-million pound complex construction projects.

Primarily Daniel worked to control the project financial and legal risk to ensure the companies met the relevant targets, but he also brings a wealth of experience in design, cost, procurement, and construction.
He is also the founding member of Spencer Gill Developments working to grow the company’s pipeline whilst at the same time controlling the risk.
Outside of work Daniel enjoys walks with his dog Theo, learning squash and is an expert skier.

Jagtar Singh Gill OBE | Director
During his 30 year property career, Jagtar has been involved in numerous property and development schemes in various towns and cities across the Midlands region - including residential houses, apartment schemes and large scale 300+ student room developments.
As a proud British Sikh Jagtar advocates positive interfaith relations and sits on roundtable meetings both at a regional and national level advising government on issues affecting the Sikh community in the UK.
He is also an avid skier and long-standing Liverpool football fan.

Neil Green | Director
Neil has been involved in business since the age of 20 when he started his first business. Throughout his career he's been though several recessions and bought other businesses merging them together before recently exiting and selling. He has also been involved in numerous residential and student property transactions - runs a letting company.
In his spare time Neil enjoys swimming, watching his football team Liverpool and skiing.
